PDF files, Licenses, engraving services

All music PDF sales are final. However, if you have purchased something and there is an issue with your music (a different title shows up, instrumentation is not what was listed, etc.) you may request a refund. Ring-Press Music reserves the right to apply one of the following options:

A: Offer a credit amount for a future purchase.
B: Offer a replacement item from the catalog.
C: Offer to remedy any musical/instrumentation issues.

Engraving services and licenses are non-refundable.

physical products

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of original shipping for a full refund. Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. Refunds will be posted upon satisfactory arrival of the physical return.
